Sorry ladies! Toys R Us printed the first one incorrectly, it was supposed to be for specific Thomas products not any item. So they just decided not to honor that one and they were supposed to have taken this new coupon that they made to replace the old one.

I went over the weekend and there were signs posted everywhere that there was an error and they were no longer accepting the coupon.

I couldn’t link to the new coupon, which the store told me expired yesterday. The old one did not work! Oh well, maybe next time.

My son and I were there today & the sign said that due to an advertising error this coupon is not being accepted. I was just glad it was my older son who didn’t care & thus didn’t “guilt” me into making a purchase anyway. But last week I sent a copy to an autistic boy who is Thomas-obsessed, so I really hope he got his before the change. His mother can’t afford to buy one, and he’d be devastated if he went and couldn’t it.

I went yesterday and each of my kids had a coupon. The lady was more than glad to take them. I did call before I went. I took the old coupon instead of the new one. Thanks for the info. This was a GRRRREAT Deal!

I went last night to the closest Toys R Us (35 miles) and was told they had just been notified to NOT accept these coupons. I asked to talk to a Manager, explained that the store near me had closed and how was I to know they were no longer accepting these coupons. I had also verheard another cashier say he had accepted one earlier that day so the manager said she would allow it. My sister and I have 5 kids between us…we were all very pleased.
